WHICH SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?
Both are defensible: it depends on which of these you actually care about.

Worked out from prices read on each company's own site and what reviewers repeatedly say, both linked below. We don't pick a winner: the right answer depends on which of these you care about.
Diamond leads because its homepage does the selling for you: emergency availability, an Arizona ROC license number, and ten named customer reviews all sit above the fold. AZ Perfect Comfort reads well and has a Lifetime Repair Guarantee, but it makes you dig for licensing, reviews, and financing that never surface.
Diamond's homepage headline promises help when your AC "quits in 115-degree heat" and spells out "24/7 emergency availability." AZ Perfect Comfort lists eight named services like AC Repair and Water Heaters but never says what happens if your system dies at 2am.

Diamond's homepage states its Arizona ROC #321659 and displays ten named reviewers like D'Ajee K. and Dan B. right on the page. AZ Perfect Comfort claims ACCA and NATE certification and mentions a Customer Reviews page in its site links, but no license number or actual reviews appear in what we saw.

AZ Perfect Comfort leads with a "Lifetime Repair Guarantee" on its homepage but only mentions financing as a link to "Explore payment options." Diamond puts "Financing Available" as a homepage heading but never mentions a warranty or guarantee anywhere in its text.

GOOD AT
Clear service naming and a distinct family story: veteran-owned since 2004, run by the McCombs family, with a stated Lifetime Repair Guarantee and documented job case studies.
COSTING THEM
No visible license number, no reviews rendered on the page itself, and no mention of emergency or same-day service, which matters a lot in Phoenix summers.
GOOD AT
A homepage that front-loads exactly what a panicked AC customer wants: 24/7 availability, a real license number, upfront pricing language, and ten named reviewers.
COSTING THEM
No warranty or guarantee language anywhere on the site, and the pricing and products pages repeat the homepage text almost word for word instead of adding new information.
THE OVERTAKE MOVE
AZ Perfect Comfort should put its license number and actual customer reviews directly on the homepage instead of behind an unlinked Customer Reviews page, and state clearly whether it offers emergency or same-day service.
Fix it, then rescan in a week to see if the result flips.
Diamond AC and Heating scores 85/100 to AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling's 70/100 on PickDuel. Diamond leads because its homepage does the selling for you: emergency availability, an Arizona ROC license number, and ten named customer reviews all sit above the fold. The score rates how clearly each public website explains the product, earns trust, shows pricing and asks for the next step. It is not a judgement of product quality.

Nobody has backed either side yet. Anyone can back one side, once, with no signup. Backing never changes the PickDuel score.
PickDuel reads up to three public pages per website and runs one web search. A language model rates 11 specific signals from 0 to 5, and fixed code turns them into a 0-100 score: positioning 25, product clarity 20, trust 20, conversion 20, pricing clarity 15.
PickDuel scores public website communication, not product quality. Backers never change the score. How scoring works
Almost nobody decides between two. These are the businesses the public puts next to AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling, with the reason each one comes up — checked against their own sites and their public reviews, not our opinion.
The same rules run in both directions: AZ Perfect Comfort Heating & Cooling is on 13 other shortlists for the same reasons. Nothing here rates anyone's product, and no business can pay to be added or removed. Something wrong? Tell us
