Both are defensible: it depends on which of these you actually care about.

Worked out from prices read on each company's own site and what reviewers repeatedly say, both linked below. We don't pick a winner: the right answer depends on which of these you care about.
Both sites nail the basics: services, service area, warranties, financing. Desert Diamond pulls ahead by backing every claim with a specific, checkable detail, a Trane Comfort Specialist badge, an A+ BBB rating, a 4.71/5 across 110 reviews, and a free estimate with a price match guarantee. George Brazil's site makes similar promises but leaves them vague.
Desert Diamond's residential page offers a free in-home estimate backed by a price match guarantee, plus an online pricing tool, right next to the FAQ. George Brazil's homepage gives you a phone number and a Book Online button, but no estimate or inspection offer anywhere in the text.

GOOD AT
Its homepage leads with same-day service and a clear 71-years-in-Phoenix story, and the warranty and financing sections are spelled out without needing a click.
COSTING THEM
It promises certifications and thousands of reviews but never shows the receipts, and there's no free estimate or inspection offer anywhere on the site.
GOOD AT
Every trust claim comes with a specific number or name attached, the Trane badge, the BBB grade, the review count, the license numbers right on the homepage.
COSTING THEM
The homepage splits attention between HVAC and plumbing, and a first-time visitor scanning the top of the page has to work slightly harder to see this is an HVAC contractor first.
THE OVERTAKE MOVE
George Brazil should put an actual certification name and a real review count on its homepage where it currently just says 'Our Certifications & Awards' and 'Thousands of 5-star Reviews', and add a free estimate or inspection offer next to its Book Online button.
Fix it, then rescan in a week to see if the result flips.

PickDuel reads up to three public pages per website and runs one web search. A language model rates 11 specific signals from 0 to 5, and fixed code turns them into a 0-100 score: positioning 25, product clarity 20, trust 20, conversion 20, pricing clarity 15.
PickDuel scores public website communication, not product quality. Backers never change the score. How scoring works
Almost nobody decides between two. These are the businesses the public puts next to George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating, with the reason each one comes up — checked against their own sites and their public reviews, not our opinion.
The same rules run in both directions: George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating is on 46 other shortlists for the same reasons. Nothing here rates anyone's product, and no business can pay to be added or removed. Something wrong? Tell us
